Every Night, Good Or Bad
Serious slumber
Signals creep,
Into my core,
And I sleep.
The murmuring rain
Heard no more,
In the darkness,
Where I shift and snore.
Dragged down by
Exhaustion's undertow,
Into the oblivion, only
It can bestow.
