I ride a Kei truck
Not a commuter train
Alway mindful of
Sun, wind, and rain,
Pray to rice gods
In the paddy field,
Labor wordlessly
For a decent yield,
Modern day peasant,
I hope, and I toil,
Endlessly working
My ancestors' soil...
