It was like inspiration

Rose from the dead,

Suddenly, inside her head,

Depression replaced

By joy instead...

Joy in finding a way

To make it through 

Another day...

One Cloudy Morning

Less than half awake,

Listening to the 

Sounds that people make,

Mixed with the talk

Of city birds,

Commenting on the day

With avian words...

Lost battles from yesteryear,

Can't be refought or won,

Cringey mistakes and 

Accidents can't be undone,

But continue to live,

Artificial intelligence,

Escaped from its cage,

And now we must hide,
