Horizontal, paralyzed
In a twilight headache haze,
Faintly receiving a message sent
From the brain behind my eyes...
Time to challenge this day of days,
But my get-up-and-go
Just got-up-and-went,
And what's left, inertly lies,
Potential not kinetic,
As Newton's Law applies.
